One of my favourite artists, E-Major has released his latest single off his album ‘Baltimore Bruin’
‘Understand’ feat Khyris is a track about going for your dreams whether or not your friends and loved ones understand the sacrifices you have to make.
“Music in 2014 is probably one of the hardest industries to have a career in,” says the emcee. “The people around you, and sometimes even your musical peers, won’t understand the choices you make in order to continue doing what you love.”
In an interview with Music Is My Life last year, the Los Angeles based, Baltimore bred hip-hop artist described his musical style like Boom Bap rap sipping a whiskey on the beach at sunset. It’s a style that any hip-hop fan will truly appreciate.
