Samm Henshaw – ‘Redemption’

Twenty-year-old Samm Henshaw has moved me to tears with his latest single, ‘Redemption’ and that does not happen to me very often. It’s incredible that someone so young can have so much soul.

The way he delivers each note, the way he tells the story, it’s powerful. It’s something that every single music lover should listen to. When you listen to it, you’ll understand what I mean.

I read on another blog (Orpheus Speaks) that “Redemption is the song Common and John Legend‘s Oscar-winner Glory tried and failed to be” and I could not agree more. Glory definitely did not stir emotions like Redemption has for me. Samm thank you and I can’t believe a song like this is available for free download.
