A song that is about heartbreak but doesn’t leave you feeling sad. A song that features an acoustic guitar and a bubbly synth line and one that blends 60’s rock, hip-hop and pop all in one. That’s what Washington DC/LA project MISUN offers on ‘Give It Up’.
MISUN (pronounced ‘me•sun’) front woman Misun Wojcik pleas to the object of her affection, asserting “don’t wash it away, I’ll give my time, I’m gonna stay ’cause it’s my life, would it hurt if you stayed by my side?”
Every time you listen to ‘Give It Up’, you hear something else you’ll fall in love with. It’s a song with a lot of magical elements that make it a solid hit.
The AA side single “Give It Up” and “June feat. Gil the Kid” will be available both digitally and on limited edition yellow cassette tape via B3SCI Records.
